Why I decided to become a licensed Realtor...
I love real estate. I dream about it. I look for it in the backgrounds of movies. I love looking at homes and architecture. Thinking of the possibilities that might make an outdated house a more comfortable home for a single professional or a growing family excites me. I thrive on finding gems in the rough and imagining the possible design ideas. I even have a stash of “dream property” pictures on my bucket list. Having over 30 years experience in interior and exterior design, general construction, remodeling, renovating and staging, real estate is truly my happy place. Additionally, I have the experience of having moved more times than I care to recollect. Understanding the anxiety and struggles people face when having to sell, buy and move, places me apart from most Realtors. I have personally designed and managed the construction of many homes for my family as well as for sale to the general public. This experience in invaluable when providing a buyer or seller with insight that can help guide them towards finding the value in a home’s location or features.
My focus is on building community by recognizing others in my success.
